For GCC-spec cars we can often find the cause of a warning without you driving to the workshop. You send your VIN and the email registered in your Tesla app, Tesla emails you an access request, and nothing is connected until you approve it.

We then read the car's diagnostic data and tell you the next step. Many issues are solved or planned this way; some faults still need the car at the workshop, and we tell you when.
