Who is responsible

Your data is handled by Najmat Alsama Goods Wholesalers L.L.C (Dubai commercial licence no. 1011967), the representative of Tesla Service Hub in Asia and Africa, and by our licensed partner workshop for the repairs it carries out and invoices.

What we collect

Your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email; your car’s VIN, plate, mileage and photos; inspection results and service history. For remote diagnostics, the email registered in your Tesla app. For fleet companies, the details of the people who use the portal.

The website records basic visit information and the buttons you press (for example a WhatsApp click) so we can answer requests and improve the site.

How we use it

Only to provide and invoice our services, send reports and updates, answer your questions and meet legal and tax duties. We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers we need to run the service (for example hosting, email and the payment provider) or when the law requires it.

Payments

Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on its own secure page. We never see or store your full card number.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep service records for as long as the law requires for tax and warranty purposes. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing fleet@teslaservicehub.com.
