You get a written report with a health score, every finding in plain language with photos, what needs doing now and what can wait, and a price for each item. Nothing is repaired without your approval.

• Battery: state of health where the car reports it, charging and high-voltage fault codes
• Stored and active fault codes from the service-mode screens
• 16 V / 12 V battery
• Brakes: pads, discs and brake fluid
• Tyres: tread depth, wear pattern and age
• Suspension, front control arms, ball joints and steering
• A/C and heat pump performance
• Drive unit noise and behaviour on a road test
• Lights, wipers, doors, windows, screen and cameras
• Underbody, coolant and fluid leaks
